Firm Overview

The Law Office of Michael W. McElroy, P.C. has remained as a solo practice by design. It is the goal to give each client individual attention. By virtue of being a solo practice, your case will receive the attention of the person you hired, not a junior attorney. However, from time-to-time the Firm does work in conjunction with other law firms depending upon the complexity of the case and the amount of resources needed to pursue the case. In addition, many of the cases handled by the Firm have been referred to the Firm by other attorneys.

The Law Office of Michael W. McElroy, P.C. limits its practice to personal injury and insurance litigation. Included in personal injury litigation are areas such as Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse or Neglect, Automobile Accidents, Trucking Accidents, slip and fall and other areas. We limit our practice so we may maintain a level of expertise which will enable us to effectively represent our clients. Thus, rather than attempting to practice in a multitude of areas we have made the conscious decision to specialize. However, should you need a lawyer in some area that may or may not be related to the practice of the Firm, we will be happy to attempt to direct you to a lawyer with expertise in that particular area, as it is important that each client receive effective representation.

For the highest quality legal representation for your personal injury, medical malpractice or premises liability case, please contact the Law Office of Michael W. McElroy today.

We can evaluate your case, inform you of your legal rights and options, and help you file the appropriate claim.
